- Customer Service Skills: Sales Rep. will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options to them.
- Communication Skills: Needs to speak to customers about product’s different features, and answers any questions they might have.
- Flexibility: Might have to work long hours or weekends.
- Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Ability to bounce back if a sale is lost will be key for this job.
Education / Experience:
- Secondary School Diploma with minimum of C4 grades in English and Mathematics. (Testing required)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales / Marketing
- Must be computer literate ( Word and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership aptitude.
